A Surgeon with Compassion

I’m Steve Millington, a consultant orthopaedic and trauma surgeon with over 20 years of experience treating hip and knee conditions, sports injuries, and complex trauma. I specialise in helping patients return to movement—whether that means a total joint replacement, cartilage preservation, or minimally invasive keyhole surgery.

I served for 10 years as the clinical lead the orthopaedic department at Barts Health NHS Trust and practice across London in several private clinics including HCA – London Bridge Hospital, Circle Health – The London Independent Hospital and LIPS – Battersea Power Station.

My goal is simple: to deliver clear, compassionate care grounded in clinical excellence.
